Backing For Scrubs And Lab Coats To Do Embroidery

What backing do you use for lab coats (white) and scrubs (navy). These are for a dermatology clinic.....lots of small lettering with a monogram type logo.

2 oz cutaway. I do mostly scrubs and labcoats and that's all I ever use.

Additional Insight

I have found they come in different thickness. On lighter material I use 2 web mesh (which is a no show backing) with a tearaway. White on light colors & black on dark colors. If it is a heavier material I use a cutaway
