We, Abcoln Fashions are not responsible for any text, spelling, grammar or graphical errors. We are not responsible for any embroidery / printed items, cost, etc that occurred due to that mistake. Please double check the artwork and have your clients sign an approval form to waive future responsibility on your side. Never ever go straight to production without proofing it first!
In the event that Abcoln Fashions is to design / copy at the request of a Buyer a likeness of a person, product, logotype or any other device provided to us by the Buyer, Buyer hereby represents that said likeness is being produced with the knowledge and consent of the individual or entity having the rights there to. Upon request of Abcoln Fashions, the Buyer shall provide the company with evidence of authority to produce such likeness. Buyer agrees to hold Abcoln Fashions free and harmless from all liability and indemnify Abcoln Fashions for any loss, damage or injury which abcoln.com may suffer as a result of producing said likeness. The obligation of the Buyer shall extend to payment for all legal fees and other out-of-pocket costs incurred by Abcoln Fashions as a result of the reproduction of the likeness requested by the Buyer.
The use of the Abcoln Fashions website, abcoln.com and the sale of products and services offered on this Website are governed by the terms and conditions set forth below and all other disclaimers, guidelines, policies and terms and conditions of sale appearing on this Website under Customer Service (collectively, the "Terms and Conditions"). Refunds and Corrections
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Completed artwork that is incorrect or does not meet the specifications listed in the instruction when the order was placed will be edited and corrected with no addition charge to the order. Before going into any kind of production or other use of the completed file, we ask customers to view the file thoroughly for any errors in the artwork. Abcoln Fashions is not responsible for any ruined articles, errors or other problems in any productions material or any other use from the completed artwork.
If in the event that a completed order does not meet the customer's requirements yet no instruction was listed when placing the order, Abcoln Fashions may need to add an editing fee for the correction. Amount of the fee is up to the discretion of Abcoln Fashions management and will be in regards to the difficulty of the correction.
Refunds on completed orders will be given at the discretion of Abcoln Fashions Management.
All jobs can contain errors and will be corrected for free, if it is deemed the fault of Abcoln Fashions; but Abcoln Fashions needs to have the opportunity to fix the error within an appropriate time given, which is not to exceed 3 working days from the time the error is accepted by Abcoln Fashions. Refunds / Voided Invoices cannot be given if that opportunity for correction on the file(s) is not given.
