I have a USB stick that I use to read designs into my Tajima machines. I tried to put the software for the CPU on it and neither my computer nor my son's recognize it. I am confused as it recognized it when I loaded designs on it. So he put the software on another USB and when I tried to follow instructions for loading on machine the error code appears and it never says INSTALLING. Does the USB stick have to be formatted a certain way for the machine CPU to read it?
I don’t have the same machine, but my system software is always on a disc or thumb drive with nothing else on it. Do you still have designs on that USB?
