As it has been a few years since I retired I still have an SWF 1501 to piddle with. Sad part of the equation is I have not used the machine regularly and when I did have plans to use it the system would not load on the machine. I have an idea this is the dreaded dead battery on the motherboard syndrome. Can anyone enlighten me as to my options? THANKS
Machine symptoms: the main power box will power up when the switch is activated but on the control head the only message is "System loading" but the system does not load. I power on and off a number of times and only received the same message of loading.
This happened on ours a couple months ago. We called SWF and they sent a program for us to load to reset the computer. We thought it was the motherboard also. Give them a call.
