OK, here it is, customer wants and outline stitch of a horse....size is 35" x 20". Thinking this out, would have to be done on a sash frame but naturally won't fit in a frame as a whole design so would have to piece it together as I sew it out. It will all be on one piece of fabric just would have to sew, move, placement and hope it all lines up, ha ha!! Anybody ever done anything like this before and also curious about how you would price it out. Thanks for any suggestions.
Experiences:
Headache with alignment is a major problem, but secondary problem.
Another issue: After you have done the first "section", from that point onwards, when you are hooping the "second" and further sections, your hoop will go and clamp on the previously embroidered "section"
Price it larger, please. You will end up having more headaches and extra headaches for the first few times you are going to do this.
See if you can split the logo into separate sub sections.
PLEASE price it higher. Nobody else can do this, and there are going to be headaches that you might encounter and work your machine multiple times...

I could not agree with you more, price it high as you will be scratching your head and doing a lot of layout while doing this. I have done tablecloths at 3' x 6' and banners on wool 28" x 48" and they are multiple hoopings, lots of layout with double checking your stitch patterns and connections and stress and praying that it all works just the way you planned it. I have mixed applique with multiple hoopings which are very challenging but it you do you marks properly and layout correctly it can be done but price it high because there are a lot of hours into these projects.
